TERMS OF SALE - All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.


Next Level Awards accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. Should you choose to place your order over the phone with one of our customer service agents, we will provide you with a credit card authorization form to complete and return via email or fax. The credit card authorization form must be completed in full. Please be sure to include your order number, the type of card, the credit card number, the card expiration date, the full name as it appears on the card and the billing address for the credit card. All credit card information provided to Next Level Awards will held strictly confidential.

Business and Individuals who reside in the state of Texas are subject to Texas state sales tax. Businesses or individuals who are not located in the state of Texas are not subject to state sales tax. If your business location is in the state of Texas but is shipping to an out of state location, you must by law pay Texas state sales tax on your order. Only businesses whose location is outside of Texas are exempt from paying state sales tax. In order to be exempt from Texas state sales tax, businesses located in Texas must provide their Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate.


We cannot assume responsibility for determining who does or does not hold title to a trademark. All liabilities of this nature rest with the customer. We reserve the right to use photographs of or show as samples any item produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights.


We email art proofs for all orders that require engraving. We will not proceed with the engraving process until we receive customer approval. We ask customers to reply to emailed art proofs within a 24-hour timeframe. Approvals received after 24 hours may require Next Level Awards to ship your order using an expedited shipping method so that we may meet your firm in hands date. Increased shipping cost due to expedited shipping are passed on to the customer and will not be covered by Next Level Awards. Late approvals may require Next Level Awards to charge rush production charges. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the art proof is correct. Please be sure to carefully review your art proof for spelling & grammatical errors, as well as errors in the art layout and design before approving artwork. Once you have approved the art proof, responsibility for any mistakes shifts to the customer.


If shipping delays occur due to carrier fault, ie: FedEx or UPS, customer agrees to hold Next Level Awards harmless for delivery delays. When your order is shipped from our factory, it is the shipping carrier's sole responsibility to deliver the order in the time designated according to the specific shipping method chosen.


Should your award(s) arrive damaged or broken we will replace that item(s) for you at no charge. We must be notified within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, so please be sure to save all shipping cartons and packaging for inspection purposes.


Etched awards cannot be returned. Please contact customer service to receive approval to return a blank item(s). A 10% restocking fee will apply, plus the cost of return shipping.


Occasionally due to high demand, specific items may not be available. NextLevelAwards.com does not guarantee stock on any item. We reserve the right to refuse to produce any items or artwork that we feel might be offensive or against our moral or ethical beliefs.
